The SoccApéro® salad base

Vegetarian: The galette itself is vegan and gluten-free 😉
Ingredients :
- 1 organic or conventional bottle of SoccApéro®
- Rocket leaves
- Red cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Mushrooms
- Bell peppers
Recipe :
- Prepare the socca batter using the SoccApéro® preparation (see the instructions on the back of the bottle). Leave to rest in the fridge for an hour.
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Pour the batter into a pan to make 3 or 4 SoccApéro® galettes (depending on the size of the pan).
- Top with the vegetables and voila!
Chef’s suggestion: Why not top the SoccApéro® galettes with any leftovers from the fridge. A guaranteed treat!
