The coca revisited

Ingredients :

• 1 bottle of SoccApéro®.
• A small portion of homemade ratatouille
• One egg
• Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper

Recipe :

• Prepare your SoccApéro® cake and set aside.
• Cook an egg in a frying pan, when the white starts to cook, fold it over the yellow.
• In the center of the cake, place a little bit of the prepared ratatouille.
• Add the egg on top and finish with a few shavings of parmesan cheese.
• Season with salt and pepper and enjoy immediately!
