- 1 bottle of SoccApéro®.
- A small portion of homemade ratatouille
- One egg
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Prepare your SoccApéro® cake and set aside.
- Cook an egg in a frying pan, when the white starts to cook, fold it over the yellow.
- In the center of the cake, place a little bit of the prepared ratatouille.
- Add the egg on top and finish with a few shavings of parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and enjoy immediately!
