Ingredients :

  • 1 bottle of SoccApéro®.
  • Smoked trout

  • Raw ham

  • Fresh parsley

  • Nuts

  • Comté cheese

  • Fresh cheese like St Môret

  • Crushed chestnuts

  • Lumpfish eggs

Recipe :

  • Prepare your SoccApéro® bottle In a very hot pan with a little olive oil, pour a little of the dough to form the blinis.

  • Cook for a few minutes on each side.

  • Reserve and prepare your ingredients for garnish.

  • Arrange your blinis on a board and garnish them with your ingredients.

  • A little cream cheese, a piece of smoked trout, a teaspoon of lumpfish and chopped parsley.

  • For those with ham, add a little chestnuts on top and a few shavings of Parmesan.

  • And finish with those with Comté, cut a few pieces and garnish with a piece of walnut
