- 1 bottle of SoccApéro®.

Smoked trout

Raw ham

Fresh parsley

Nuts

Comté cheese

Fresh cheese like St Môret

Crushed chestnuts

Lumpfish eggs
Recipe :

Prepare your SoccApéro® bottle In a very hot pan with a little olive oil, pour a little of the dough to form the blinis.

Cook for a few minutes on each side.

Reserve and prepare your ingredients for garnish.

Arrange your blinis on a board and garnish them with your ingredients.

A little cream cheese, a piece of smoked trout, a teaspoon of lumpfish and chopped parsley.

For those with ham, add a little chestnuts on top and a few shavings of Parmesan.

And finish with those with Comté, cut a few pieces and garnish with a piece of walnut
