Ingredients :

  • 1 bottle of SoccApéro®.
  • Bacon

  • Swiss chard

  • An onion

  • Pine nuts

  • Parmesan

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil

Recipe :

  • Prepare your SoccApéro® bottle and reserve. S

  • auté the onions for a few minutes in an oiled and very hot pan.

  • Add the bacon and brown well, you can also put the pine nuts.

  • Lower the heat and add the chard previously cleaned and cut into strips.

  • Let the mixture cook until the chard is melted.

  • Add the SoccApéro® preparation bottle as if you were making an omelet.

  • You can cover the Trouchia, this way it will cook evenly.

  • Once cooked, invert the Trouchia on a large plate and sprinkle with Parmesan.

  • Cut it and enjoy !!
