Classic socca

Season: Absolutely all!
Difficulty: Very easy
Vegetarian: Yes, and it’s also vegan and gluten-free 😉
Ingredients :
- 1 bottle of organic or conventional SoccApéro®
Recipe :
- Prepare the socca batter using the SoccApéro® preparation (see the instructions on the back of the bottle). Leave to rest in the fridge for an hour.
- In a hot pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Pour in about a quarter of the batter and brown for about 2 minutes on each side, over a high heat.
- Add ground black pepper and enjoy hot!
Chef’s suggestion
Why not season with fancy freshly ground peppers or with different herbs.
